We offer 24X7 support for every region from our Technical Access Center in Atlanta, GA, USA to make sure we stay in touch with what you see happening in the field. You will also gain access to our Enterprise Service Platform (ESP) and MyESP, our mobile platform, where you will be able to see available work opportunities in your area(s), keep track of all jobs that you have already scheduled, review guides for each scope of work, submit onsite deliverables, invoice for work completed, and much more. Since we own the platform, we’re in control of making it better for you. New features are constantly being developed to allow you to complete work faster and with less trouble.
As an independent contractor, you maintain control over your workload – our scheduling flexibility allows you to take as much or as little work as you can handle. Additionally, by adding Genesis Networks to your list of clients, you are also able to take work from several large, internationally known customers who’s work would be unavailable to small, local contractors.
